We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange the clothes you bought from us within 14 days of receiving them, subject to the following terms and conditions:
The clothes must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
The original receipt or invoice must accompany the clothes.
The clothes must be returned or exchanged in the same store or online platform where they were purchased.
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of returning or exchanging the clothes unless the clothes are defective or incorrect.
The refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned clothes.
The exchange will be processed within 10 business days of receiving the returned clothes, subject to availability of the desired item.
The store reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not comply with these terms and conditions.
